Yesterday was Kinzie's 2nd Birthday. I don't think she realized what was going on exactly. But she was excited to get presents and eat cake. We were lazy this year and just bought cheesecake. We had fun with the candle on top. This was a Scooby-Doo candle that she decided to play with the night before. While playing with it she broke off the head and one of the feet. When we decided to have her cake we couldn't find the head, so we melted the foot a little and used it for the head. The kids thought it was pretty funny. Talking about funny, we also went to the movie for her birthday. We saw Bedtime Stories. It was a very good movie. Our kids laughed the entire time. I have to admit Duane and I laughed quite a bit too. On the way home we stopped and got the kids a pizza.
Debra and Brian came over and had some cake with us. Kinzie quickly ate her piece and then was off to see what she could get into. We had a pretty fun day. Happy Birthday Kinzie :>
Grandma was sporting this NEW look at her annual NEW Years party. Aunt Connee and Mom got her to wear it for most of the party. She was in her silly mood as usual. Every New Year's party seems to bring out her silliness. It's always fun to see her in a good mood.
